Shoko brings more than 20 years’ experience as a proven global leader in Fortune 100 companies of healthcare and financial industries. She shares her hands-on experience in talent acquisition, leadership development and team building in multi-cultural environments. Known as a change agent, she paved the way as the first woman from American Express Japan to take leadership roles outside the country as she worked in Hong Kong, London and NY.

Life Outside RTC
Shoko is a certified teacher of Japanese tea ceremony and promotes “mindfulness” through this traditional form of Japanese culture in NYC.
