Shoko is a corporate coach trained by Ros Taylor, Managing Director of Ros Taylor Company and Professor at Strathclyde Business School in the UK. She completed the Corporate Coach International Course accredited by Association for Coaching (London). She is a charter member in NY of International Coaching Federation (ICF).

As a proven global leader in Fortune 100 companies, Shoko brings multinational leadership expertise to their coaching programs. She has lived and worked in Asia, Europe and the US, taking various management roles in marketing and strategy. Her twenty total years in American Express and Aetna have given her hands-on experience in talent development and team building among various functions and cultures.
Shoko is also known as a change agent. She paved the way as the first woman from American Express Japan to take a management role outside the country, in Hong Kong. Later, her private consulting advised small businesses, start-ups and non-profit organizations in marketing strategy at her consulting business.
Shoko has an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University. In her leisure time, she studies Japanese tea ceremony. She currently lives in Connecticut as a US permanent resident.
