Sharon has over 25 years’ experience in marketing research where she has been responsible for qualitative and quantitative research in the US and internationally. She has travelled to over 25 countries and has managed a range of projects from brand and product positioning, advertising, new product development, to customer satisfaction tracking.
She has worked with a wide range of Fortune 500 companies including American Express, Pepsi, Abbott Laboratories, Merck, IBM, Pepsi, American Express and many other household names.
Sharon holds a Master of Science degree in Creativity, Creative Problem Solving, and Change Leadership, from the International Center for Studies in Creativity, SUNY Buffalo State. She is also a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania.
In addition to being an innovation consultant, Sharon has now turned her attention to coaching. Since participating in the RTC Corporate Coach International programme Sharon has set up a division of Corporate Coach International in New York and is actively working with Ros Taylor Company on global coaching assignments. At present, she is carrying out coaching work with many organisations in the New York area. Her coaching expertise covers leadership development, executive effectiveness, strategic advisory support and mid- career transitions.
She is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
