Marion Garber, Ph.D., Leadership Coach and Development Facilitator
“As leaders, our behaviours and our spirit impact those who work with us. If we want different results from others, we need to embody the change that we want to see.”
Working with RTC
As a coach, Marion brings many years of experience focused on leadership, change, and career development concerns. She has a significant interest in helping people resolve intractable problems by developing their own capacity to “do differently.” At RTC, she has been a coach with the Women as Leaders programme over the last several years.
Background and Industry Experience
The unifying theme of Marion’s work has been the creative evolution of ideas, people, and organizations. Before establishing her consulting practice, she ran a financial and real estate holding company, managed organization development and training in industry, and was a professor and academic advisor on college faculty. She has often worked interculturally, recognizing that differing cultural orientations must be treated with respect. This has been particularly important in her service on the boards of several non-profit organizations.
