Marion Garber has focused on coaching executives and emerging leaders in Fortune-listed companies for the last twenty years. She tailors her approach to meet the needs of clients, depending on their industry, stylistic preferences, and cultural orientation. While she has diverse coaching experience across business and non-profit sectors, she is especially active with pharmaceutical, bio-tech, and medical device companies.

Dr. Garber proceeds from the premise that we all create our lives, success, and satisfaction through the actions we take on a daily basis. We lead ourselves first, and as we are inspired and engaged, we may inspire others to engage in ways that bring them fulfillment. Joy in work is a key operating principle.

Dr. Garber earned her Ph.D. in interdisciplinary studies of creativity from the Union Institute and University in Cincinnati, Ohio. The consistent theme of her career has been the creative evolution of ideas, people, and organizations. Prior to establishing her consulting practice, she ran a financial and real estate holding company. She has also managed organization development and training in industry.

In her continuing commitment to life-long learning, Marion completed the Corporate Coach International Course accredited by The Association of Coaching and is a member of the International Coach Federation. She holds an array of assessment and training certifications in leadership and change management, career growth, and creative development.
