Lorna is Coaching Supervisor with Corporate Coach International, Ros Taylor Company’s Coaching School. She is also a Supervisor for the Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring, Level 7 The Institute of Leadership and Management.

She is an executive coach, trainer and marketing professional, with over 20 years’ experience working with businesses and individuals in coaching and consultancy.

Trained in Counselling Skills (COSCA) and Postgrad Diploma in Executive Coaching (University of Strathclyde) as well as a Postgrad Diploma in Marketing (Chartered Institute of Marketing), Lorna brings a distinct blend of skills and experience to business and individuals.

As a trainer and supervisor on ILM Coaching and Mentoring qualifications with a leading UK coaching company, Lorna has tutored and supervised senior level students from a range of industries, where she has gained a reputation for supporting students, to achieve top-level marks under her guidance.

For over 10 years Lorna has also worked as an associate trainer where she leads programmes such as Leadership, Change Management, Communications, Personal Impact and Management Skills.

Committed to CPD for coaches, Lorna launched a development programme and created Scotland’s first Coaching Carnival in 2015, sponsored by BBC Scotland.
