Liz is a Chartered Psychologist, with over 22 years of experience in industry and health. She is passionate about working with individuals and teams, helping people to develop and fulfil their leadership potential.
After starting life in the NHS as an Assistant Clinical Psychologist, Liz moved into careers coaching in 1996, working for a London based charity. She then joined a niche city consultancy and worked with a breadth of FTSE100 companies running leadership development programmes and coaching senior people.
She worked as an accredited coach with Barclays plc for 3 years and a transformational coach at Royal Bank of Scotland. She has spent the last 12 years coaching senior manager/directors in professional service firms on their route to partnership.
Liz’s psychology training gives her a unique insight into leadership behaviour. She is pragmatic, approachable and quickly able to get to grips with the business issues, whatever they might be, and help leaders to achieve both their individual and organisational goals.
She has delivered a breadth of diverse leadership development programmes and whether it’s Coca Cola in Moscow or aspiring senior civil servants at the Cabinet Office, London, Liz is able to adapt easily to new situations, fitting in to different cultures seamlessly.
Liz lives and works in Gothenburg. She is now with Ros Taylor Company as an executive coach.
