Kirsty’s natural warmth, empathy and intuitive insight combine with neuroscience to propel leaders to fulfil their potential. She designs and delivers strategic coaching, training, events and think tanks for tech leaders and entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley, the UK and internationally.

As a certified executive coach, consultant and facilitator she brings extensive experience supporting C-level, vice president, directors, venture capitalists and entrepreneurs. Kirsty has extensive corporate and international business experience including an MBA from the University of Edinburgh. She is the founder and a co-director of the Edinburgh and Stanford Universities Global Compassion Initiative and currently serves on the Business Committee of the General Council of the University of Edinburgh. Over and above her rigorous academic and professional background, Kirsty brings presence and depths from decades of experience as a practitioner and instructor in mindfulness meditation, yoga and personal development.

She is an accredited executive coach with the Ashridge Business School, and additionally has fully trained in Leadership & Coaching with the Co-active Training Institute (CTI), in Strategic Intervention Coaching with Robbins Results International and as a coach with Corporate Coach International. She is accredited in Negotiations through the Harvard Business School. She is also an accredited public speaker with Toastmasters International and a qualified yoga teacher.
