With over 20 years’ senior HR experience, including International Change Management experience, Karen is adept at guiding businesses through periods of change.

She has held numerous senior management roles both in the UK and overseas, where she honed her commercial skills, enabling her to quickly identify and understand the challenges facing an organisation.

Previous roles have included HR Director for an International Chemical Company and a Global BPO organisation. She has operated as both a Interim HR Consultant and Executive Coach for the past six years working in both corporate and small business environments.

As a member of various senior management teams both in the UK and abroad, she has a strong commercial focus enabling her to understand the challenges being faced by organisations.
