Helen is an executive coach trained at Ros Taylor Company’s coaching academy, Corporate Coach International (accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management and the Association for Coaching). Helen is a member of the Association of Coaching.

Helen had an 18-year career as a University lecturer, both in Psychology and Community Youth Work at the University of Ulster, as well as working as a client-centred therapist in the voluntary and private sector. Prior to this, Helen worked in voluntary sector management and academic administration. The last few years have been spent developing a portfolio of work with a range of Employee Assistance providers throughout the UK and Ireland.

Helen’s entry into the world of coaching has been a natural progression and although skilled in all aspects of executive coaching, she has a particular interest in the use of mindfulness in coaching and in developing a safe and creative thinking space for the modern leader.

Helen holds an MA in Modern Languages, majoring in French, from the University of Edinburgh, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Languages from the University of Ulster, a Postgraduate Diploma in Person-centred Counselling from the University of Strathclyde and has undertaken the 8-week foundation course in Mindfulness-based stress reduction.
