Working with RTC
I have over 20 years as a clinical psychologist and I bring the skills of working with individuals and groups in complex situations to RTC Leadership & Coaching. I have been working with RTC for 6 years as an Executive Coach, facilitator and coaching supervisor. The Women as Leaders Programme brings talented and inspiration women together to discuss important challenges in Leadership and it are a delight to regularly facilitate and coach women on this programme.
Background and Industry Experience
As a Clinical Psychologist, I have an in-depth knowledge of how thinking, feeling and behaviour impact on performance. As I have worked with elite athletes for many years, I am aware of the impact that high performance environments have on stress levels, psychological functioning and physical wellbeing. I also help individuals and teams understand the importance of diversity, inclusion and culture in supporting optimum team cohesion and drive strong leadership.
Qualifications and Training
Qualified with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and NHS Education Scotland Supervisor. I have attended Corporate Coach International training, 2- day Thomas PPA International Practitioner training, and 1-day Thomas Ultimate Teams Practitioner training.
Life Outside RTC
I have taught group fitness for 28 years, including Les Mills International Programmes, regularly take part in running events, horse ride, and can often be found on the dance floor as I used to compete in Latin and Ballroom.
