Occupational Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the British Psychology Society and Founder of B.P.S Coaching Special Interest Group, Cath has been successfully delivering coaching projects to the public and private sectors since 1997.
She combines strong business acumen with insights into human behaviour to connect people and ideas, and is not afraid to challenge the status quo. Clients trust Cath to increase their influence, deal with difficult relationships and help them bring out the best in themselves and others.
Probing, pragmatic and practical, Cath is quick to see the big picture and asks the questions that cut to the heart of the issue. Her warmth and good humour enable her to get honest responses from her clients – little wonder then that she has twice been selected as a ‘world class coach’ by the NHS Institute.
Clients work with Cath to increase their influence and impact, manage difficult relationships, bring out the best in others, raise their profile or raise their game.
Two of her clients have said the following about her coaching:
“I knew I needed to hook up with someone strong enough to push back against my well ingrained behaviours and reactions from a relaxed and encouraging stance”
“If you hear I got sacked, maybe you overdid on the confidence building – otherwise I think you can regard me as a very satisfied customer”
Cath is an accredited Ros Taylor Company coach and provides coaching supervision for the RTG Coaching School. She holds a Certificate of Professional Development in Coaching from the University of Strathclyde. She was selected twice as a ‘world Class‘ coach by the NHS Institute through rigorous competitive process.
Cath is registered with Health Professions Council as an Occupational Psychologist, is an Associate Fellow, British Psychological Society and a Founder member of B.P.S. Coaching Special Interest Group. She is based in Edinburgh and travels throughout the UK.
