Working with RTC

Caroline sees her purpose is to help the executive she is coaching meet their goals and objectives and provide support while they progress on their development journey. This is also how she runs the women as leaders programme helping them to become more strategic and confidently lead from the front.

Background and Industry Experience

Caroline has over 30 years’ experience delivering leadership programmes during which time she’s worked with over 250 UK companies across a wide range of sectors. Recent clients include First Group, the NHS, KPMG, Macmillan cancer support, Oracle, the Scottish Government, DeBeers, Currie & Brown, Centrica, MOL, SEPA, Jacobs Engineering, Historic Environment Scotland, CGI and WSP. Caroline helps their executives and teams hone and develop their leadership skills and develop empowered and accountable cultures. Caroline has extensive experience of working at senior levels and a keen interest in the behavioural aspects of executive and board development, focusing on the development of leadership and high performing cultures, whether working with individuals or leadership teams. She has worked with Ros Taylor Company for many years delivering modules from the Just Leadership Programme with the Institute of Directors, Babcock Academy, Strathclyde University, and recently as a principal course leader on the AstraZeneca Women as Leaders Programme in Gothenburg.

Qualifications and Training

MA degree, CIPD qualified, ILM Level 7 accredited and working towards EMCC accreditation. Supervision for CPD and on-going learning. Member of NHS Coaching Bank and NES Scotland register. Member of EMCC coaching body and Association for Coaching.

Life Outside RTC

Caroline’s interests include being with her family, the outdoors, fitness, cooking, music and spending time in her holiday home in Portugal. She is also a non-executive director with a social enterprise housing group, a CBI council member and SCDI committee member. She is active in preparing more women for the Boardroom and runs various networking dinners and workshops for women to engage in.
