Alistair is a Chartered Accountant with more than 35 years of business and financial experience. He has developed his expertise working with senior management teams across many business sectors and at all of the different stages in the growth process from start-up to exit.

Alistair has both national and international business experience and has held a number of senior management positions in a range of businesses from United Biscuits and Christian Salvesen through to small start-ups.

He was a founding lecturer at the Centre for Entrepreneurship at Napier University where he developed and delivered entrepreneurship modules for undergraduates, MBA students and corporate clients of the Centre.

Alistair has delivered leadership and management development courses for a range of clients including Scottish Enterprise, Skills Development Scotland, One North East, and the Chartered Institute of Housing.

He currently runs his own business consultancy firm specialising in advising, mentoring and coaching business owners with growth aspirations to help them with business strategy, managing people, financial management and raising finance.
